Eva, this plan puts your story and your presence in place before your licenses arrive, so you can focus on the people in front of you.
Eva, your story already fits together. You protect the family behind the business. Coaching protects the owner’s leadership and peace. Financial literacy protects the owner’s family and the employees’ families.
In your own words, from our conversation on September 16
“I just want to feel like I have a back on the internet that says who Eva is, what she did, what she knows, and who she helps.”
That means a simple, professional place that shows who you are and who you help.
“Being a family business, a small business in the Houston area, I really understand what happens inside.”
You have lived what your clients live, from the books and the payroll to the business talk that follows everyone home to dinner. Financial services may be new, but you already understand family business from the inside.
“My mind and my heart have to be 100% on listening, meeting, and educating.”
You meet people where their fear about money is, and you teach your way in.
“I don’t know where life is going to take me.”
Your brand continues to grow independent of who you partner with for services.
Most people are not careless with money. They were never taught, and your workshops fill that gap.
When an owner walks in stressed, the whole team feels it. Balance at home and at work is part of leading well.
The voice that ties them together is calm and prepared. As you put it, you walk in with “zero mindset of selling.”
It means doing the hard, unglamorous planning before you need it, for your clients and for yourself.
In one visit, the owner can hear the plan in English while the team hears it in Spanish.
“I help family business owners protect the people who depend on them, at work and at home.”
This is a starting point, and we will sharpen it together in Step 1.
The plan has three steps, and each one has a fixed price and a natural stopping point. You keep everything we create at every step, and you decide whether to continue.
The timing follows your exam schedule, so the heavy lifting happens while you study and the launch happens once you are licensed. We prepare everything for WFG compliance review and work within their timelines.
We read you the way a stranger would, then sit down together to find the story everything else is built on.
How you come across today on your website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and WFG profile.
It comes with a 30-second introduction for any room you walk into.
The story of your thirteen years and your two offers, told in your own voice.
Quotes and topics for future articles and emails.
One focused story session with us, and your honest answers.
We turn the story into a professional presence you can hand to any business owner with confidence. By the end of December, your website, brand, and email list are ready for the day you are licensed.
We plan one warm headshot and four scenes that tell your story without words. You lead a small workshop, sit at a kitchen table with a couple, walk an office or showroom floor, and have coffee with a business owner. A touch of fuchsia ties it all together.
Once you are licensed, the hard part is staying visible. Schway keeps the momentum going. A real designer learns your voice and keeps your website, newsletter, and LinkedIn active every month, so staying in touch with business owners never lands on your to-do list.
Rumscheidt is a Houston creative systems company that helps owner-led businesses make their message match their mission. We have been doing this for 13 years, just down the road from the gym you used to manage.
We find what makes you valuable, the things you have done so long they became instinct, and put them into words.
Your brand, website, and content are made by people with taste and judgment, so what you hand an owner feels right.
This is the quiet infrastructure that keeps your voice consistent every month, whether or not you have time to think about it.
Judgment over noise. Financial services is one of the most crowded corners of the internet, and AI makes generic content instant and endless. What still stands out is judgment. That means a clear point of view, told in your own voice, again and again.
Work that compounds. Most marketing expires when the campaign ends. Every story we tell for you becomes evidence, and that evidence adds up, so prospects can see themselves in your work before you ever meet.
“We take what a client imagines and deliver a version so excellent, and so complete, they are left with no choice but to take full credit.”

Your first commitment is Step 1, at $2,500. You decide on each step after that, and every price is fixed.
Starting Step 1 in October takes $1,000 off Step 2.
| When | What | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| October | Step 1, Shape the Story | $2,500 |
| November | Step 2, first half | $2,500 |
| December | Step 2, second half, when the site is ready for review | $2,500 |
| Month after your final exam | Step 3, first 3 months of Schway | $2,550 |
| Total for all three steps | $10,050 | |
Step 2 is $6,000, less the $1,000 credit for starting Step 1 in October 2026. Schway is $850 a month. The first 3 months are paid upfront with the $500 setup fee waived, and after that it runs month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
This plan is an investment, so it is fair to ask what it needs to return. In our conversation, you described walking into one company and meeting several key employees at once. You do not need a viral post or thousands of followers to make this plan worth it.
One business relationship, where several key employees become clients, can recoup the full investment.
That is why the plan points you toward businesses first. One owner can open the door to an entire team, and you have already sat in the owner’s, bookkeeper’s, and HR seats. Before a busy owner gives you 30 minutes, they will look you up, and everything in this plan is built for that moment. Individual families will still find you through referrals and workshops.
No one can promise when that first client will come. Our job is to make sure that when the right owner looks, they see exactly who you are and why you can help.
We skip paid ads and complicated funnels and focus on clear stories told on a steady rhythm.
Every step has a set price and a clear end, so there are no surprises.
Each step earns the next, and you stay in control of when to continue.
Reply by email and we will send the Step 1 agreement and first invoice. Take your time. Feel free to have other conversations and ask any questions you like.
Eva, thank you for telling us your story. We would love to help more people hear it.
